The Finance Manager position within the South East Regional Research Delivery Network offers the post holder a unique opportunity to support the delivery of health and care research across the South East through the oversight, accountability, and operational management of South East RRDN finances.
You will be part of an ambitious, inclusive, and compassionate team, committed to collaboration across the region to enable more patients, the general public, and healthcare professions the opportunity to take part in research. You will be supported by the Finance Officer and work closely with the Host Organisation finance team at the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust. Key responsibilities for this role include ensuring clear transparency of RDN finances and that there is a clear audit trail for the accountability of expenditure.
As Finance Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for finance teams in research Delivery Organisations across the South East. You will work with these organisations, with support from the RRDN Operations Director, to ensure appropriate full cost recovery and will provide advice on best practice on full cost recovery.
