• Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, facilitating communication between business teams and IT.
• Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide insights into process enhancements.
• Conduct data analysis to optimise business processes and identify growth opportunities.
• Support change implementation, including change management and training initiatives.
• Test system changes and provide training to end-users on new procedures and systems, ensuring data accuracy in MS SQL environments.
• Work within an agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Skills/Experience
• Strong understanding of complex database structures and proficiency in MS SQL.
• Skilled in handling and analysing large datasets, with the ability to manipulate data in Excel.
• Experience in requirements gathering and translating business concepts into IT deliverables.
• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, including sprint management and agile ceremonies.
• Effective communicator, capable of working closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Previous experience working on technical and non-technical projects, with a strong focus on delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
