Area Sales Manager (North of England) – ISIS Steam
ISIS Steam is a division of ISIS Fluid Control ltd and is the UK partner of Valsteam Adca, a leading global manufacturer of high-quality steam and process valves and systems. We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our growing team as an Area Sales Manager for the north of England.
As Area Sales Manager - You will be responsible for identifying, driving and delivering sales of the extensive Valsteam Adca product range.
You will be responsible for developing new and existing customer relationships by offering a proactive sales approach to acquire and develop existing customers whilst maximising ISIS Steam’s presence in multiple sectors by promoting our core products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively manage and grow a sales area of existing and new customer accounts through solution selling, and exemplary service.
* Customer Sales and Technical Discussions; Proactively engage in insightful discussions with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales to grow the given sales area.
* Technical Evaluations & Customer Specification; Conduct technical site visits to align products with customer specifications. Ensure a clear understanding of customer requirements and provide accurate technical support.
* Project Management/Preparation; Manage projects efficiently, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
* Technical Quote Preparation: occasionally you may be required to prepare accurate and competitive quotes for customers.
* Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure the quotes sent meet the customer’s needs. Communicate to clarify specifications when handing over an enquiry for quotation.
* Travel as necessary to facilitate regular face to face customer meetings and occasional visits to our head office in Chipping Norton and satellite steam office in Cirencester.
Steam industry knowledge is necessary, we are looking for somebody who has the right skill set to succeed in the role.
Specific valve and steam system training shall be given to the right candidate who demonstrates the desire to learn new skills in a specialist industry where a great career can be forged.
