Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain QHSE Management Systems across TÜV Rheinland Solution Groups and support services.
* Collaborate with external bodies, including customers, Certification Bodies, and regulatory authorities.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and expert advice to management and staff, driving business growth and operational excellence through effective QHSE Management Systems. Key duties include:
* Leading the development and implementation of QHSE strategies and policies.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ISO certifications.
* Liaising with external bodies during audits and inspections.
* Providing expert QHSE advice and support to management and staff.
* Identifying and addressing QHSE training needs and developing training programs.
* Monitoring QHSE KPIs and performance metrics.
* Executing an internal QHSE audit program and identifying areas for improvement.
* Implementing QHSE controlled procedures and records management systems.
* Coordinating investigations into accidents and incidents and providing risk assessment support.
* Fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in a QHSE role within the industry, along with NEBOSH certification and ISO Audit experience.
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
