Temporary Estate Manager
Location: Greenwich
Pay Rate: 38.46 per hour (Weekly pay and accrue holiday pay)
Are you an experienced Estate Manager with a passion for maintaining high standards in property management? We are looking for a dedicated and professional Estate Manager to join our team in Greenwich on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee the efficient running of a residential estate, ensuring all aspects are managed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of the estate, including building maintenance, landscaping, and cleaning services.
2. Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the estate.
4. Handle tenant queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer service.
5. Monitor budgets and manage expenditures effectively.
6. Oversee staff working on the estate, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.
7. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the estate is well-maintained and meets the required standards.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in estate or property management.
2. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
3. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
5. A proactive and problem-solving approach to estate management.
6. Experience with managing budgets and working with contractors.
7. Availability to start immediately on a temporary contract.
