About the opportunity Whether you are an experienced Educator seeking flexibility with your hours or recently qualified and looking to grow your skills and experience – we can support you. We have casual relief opportunities for Diploma or Cert III qualified Educators to provide relief cover in our Childcare services across the Wimmera. Locations include Horsham, Warracknabeal, Kaniva and Balmoral. As a relief Educator, you will be part of the team providing high quality early childhood education and care to children. Your key responsibilities include: Developing strong relationships with children at the service, their families, and the community. Assist with the implementation of a play-based learning environment responsive to children’s interest, strengths, and abilities. Contribute to the planning and implementation of programs which reflect the emerging skills and interests of children. Working with other staff towards continuous improvement in the service’s operations. About you You will have a either Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or equivalent) and relevant experience in an Early Childhood services role. You will also have a sound discipline and knowledge, including the underlying principles of Early Years, gained through experience, education and / or training. View the position description.
