Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our client's Training Apprenticeships Team as an Electrotechnical Trainer.
This role is focused on delivering high-quality training to Level 3 apprentices, providing expert guidance and support throughout their educational journey.
The ideal candidate will be based in Burgess Hill, working a standard full-time schedule of 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00).
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Electrotechnical training to Level 3 apprentices.
* Provide expert guidance and support to ensure successful learning outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications or experience in Electrotechnical training.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience. This figure is based on the job title, location, and industry standards.
