About the Role As a Senior Planner within the Infrastructure and Delivery team you will be instrumental in ensuring Bradfield City Centre achieves the land use planning outcomes established in the Master Plan. As part of this you will provide expert planning advice on investment proposals within the city. You will also assist with reviews of environmental factors regarding infrastructure and open spaces to be delivered by the Authority as determined under Part 5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. The role will be part of city-wide strategic and statutory planning and delivery, enabling economic growth and development with a focus on the creation of sustainable and vibrant communities and job precincts that will guide both Government and private investment in the Western Parkland City. For more information read the full Role Description: Senior Planner What you will bring to the role Tertiary qualifications in urban planning, and significant relevant industry experience in strategic and statutory urban or regional planning and/or development delivery. Strong communication skills including negotiation, presentation, dispute resolution and influencing skills. Excellent understanding of design, development and delivery process of residential and commercial projects Strong stakeholder engagement skills to achieve transparent and collaborative outcomes.
