JOB TITLE: KS2 Primary Teacher
ABOUT THE SCHOOL: Prospero Teaching is looking for a KS2 Primary Teacher for a popular mainstream Primary School in Warrington, which has a supportive senior leadership team. The school is thriving and provides training to all staff. The position is open to both NQTs and experienced teachers. Depending on performance, the school may extend the contract or offer a permanent position.
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
Location: Warrington
Position: KS2 Primary Teacher
Type of work: Class Teacher - planning, preparation, marking, parents evenings, etc.
Contract start date: January / February 2025
Duration: 2 terms until the end of the academic year (July 2025)
Contract end date: July 2025
Contract type: Temporary Contract
Full time/part time: Full time
Minimum rate of pay: £120 per day
Hours: 8:30 am - 4 pm : Mon - Fri (term time only)
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
* QTS or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year Key Stage 2 teaching experience in the UK
* Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:
* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional child-related references that cover at least the last two years
