We are looking for a Retail Industry Technology Strategy & Delivery Director to help meet the market opportunity in our existing retail and consumer goods client opportunities. This person will manage a team who understands the full extent of the digital solution and integration components and how they fit into enterprise architecture. The team collaborates effectively with colleagues from other disciplines to define technology objectives, assess solution options and devise architectural solutions that achieve both strategic business goals and meet operational requirements. What your days will look like Acting as a Technology leader within our wider Digital and Technology practice, providing thought leadership, guidance and coaching to more junior members of our team. Working with key retail clients to advise, define and execute on their Technology Strategy. Leading the end to end technical solution design across integration and legacy systems. Leading the high-level and functional design teams across a variety of industries and placing design & architecture governance at the squad level. This role is for you if You have proven experience delivering on Technology Strategy in FTSE100 Retail Businesses You have proven experience with a Strategy and/or Management Consulting firm, driving Technology leadership and delivery, leading at least 2/3 significant technology enabled programmes in your career. You are an expert in Technology Architecture related to Retail Businesses You have a proven track record in working with global brands, and their teams to identify, architect and implement technology solutions in support of Digital Transformation Initiatives You have experience within both Business and Technology Architecture, Operating Model Design and Data Integration. You have a demonstrable track record of helping to shape successful business development of digital and other front office business transformation initiatives.
