Job Description
As a Business Change Lead, you will manage the change associated with strategically important programs/projects/initiatives and play a key role in building change management capability across Brambles.
Major / Key Accountabilities
1. Assess the impacts of the changes across multiple dimensions including people, processes, systems, culture and organization.
2. Design appropriate change management strategies and plans to reduce resistance, drive adoption and increase benefits realization.
3. Implement the change management approach and plan.
4. Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications and training.
5. Develop measures and controls to help ensure successful implementation of changes.
6. Assess business readiness for change and coach the business to prepare for change.
7. Coach managers and leaders on their role in delivering change successfully.
8. Coach individuals to help them adapt to change.
9. Conduct quality assurance reviews on in-flight change initiatives to assess change management delivery or diagnose issues.
10. Build change management capability across Brambles.
11. Support continued adoption and improvement of the Brambles Change Framework.
Experience & Qualifications
Essential
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Psychology, or another related field.
2. Deep experience working at the heart of business change management, with coverage of leading a change workstream or initiative.
3. End-to-end experience designing and delivering change and embedding into business as usual.
Desirable
1. Working within a matrix management environment.
2. Applying a bespoke change management framework or methodology.
3. Managing change across a global organization, including business process change.
4. Managing people-impacting change and culture change.
5. Managing change within a resistant or disruptive environment.
6. Change Management certification or equivalent.
7. Behavioral Coaching certification or equivalent.
8. Project Management certification or equivalent.
Skills & Knowledge
1. A solid understanding of change management methodologies, tools and techniques and how to apply them effectively.
2. Expertise in how people experience change at an individual level and the journeys that different people go on when experiencing change.
3. Strong stakeholder management skills – can demonstrate evidence of developing and maintaining strong and effective relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels in an organization.
4. Can facilitate the process of developing a change vision and strategy.
5. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
6. Excellent coaching skills.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. SharePoint and PowerPoint skills.
