Job Summary: To create, inspire, and connect with beauty lovers across the globe through the power of social media. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping our brand's digital presence, turning trends into opportunities, and making our brand the talk of the beauty world. Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation & Management: Create captivating, beauty-focused content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and more. Coordinate and influencer the creative team to produce on-trend visuals and videos. Plan and execute exciting product launches and campaigns that WOW our audience. 2. Build Our Beauty Community Engage daily with followers by responding to DMs, comments, and tags to create a genuine connection. Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and empowering community where beauty lovers feel seen and heard. 3. Trend Spotting & Innovation Stay ahead of beauty trends, viral challenges, and content formats. Experiment with bold ideas to make our brand stand out in the ever-changing digital beauty landscape. 4. Analytics & Insights Track the performance of posts and campaigns – what works, what doesn't, and why? Use data-driven insights to optimize content and improve engagement, reach, and conversions. 5. Collaboration Across Teams Work closely with product development, marketing, and PR to align social media with the brand’s vision. Partner with influencers and ambassadors to amplify campaigns and drive brand loyalty. Essential Criteria: Passion for Beauty : You live and breathe the latest beauty trends and love experimenting with products. Creative Energy : You know how to craft stunning content that stops thumbs mid-scroll. Social Media Savvy : In-depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Experience : 1-3 years in social media, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry. Skills That Shine : Strong writing skills to create compelling captions and stories. Basic graphic design or video editing experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, or Google Analytics).
