Position
Position: Full time (35hr per week Crawley)
The Marketing Executive will support the group marketing manager in delivering effective promotional communications, enforcing brand standards, analysing insights and audience, and supporting the growth of the 50 Best brand and its events.
50 Best is the global leader in premium hospitality awards, events, and content. Widely recognised as the leading innovator within its field, its brand portfolio now includes The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, The World’s 50 Best Bars and The World’s 50 Best hotels, as well as 50 Best Discovery and various regional iterations of the awards.
Communication is at the heart of the strategy to cement the 50 Best brand’s position as the leading global and regional authority in the restaurants, bars and hotels spaces, and to further establish the brand as a positive force in gastronomy – 50 Best is as much about building community within the hospitality sphere as it is about producing rankings and engaging content.
What you’ll be doing:
Event Marketing Support
* Assisting in implementing and tracking event marketing plans.
* Managing production of marketing assets.
Brand Management
* Preparing and distributing marketing guidelines and toolkits.
* Logging brand use requests and monitoring outcomes.
Campaign Management
* Developing and executing campaigns with measurable objectives.
* Managing project timelines and deliverables.
Content
* Writing and fact-checking promotional materials (emails, web pages, banners, etc.).
* Preparing briefs for external vendors (e.g., for videos or promotional materials).
Performance Analysis
* Collecting and analysing results from marketing activities.
* Producing impact reports and post-event analyses.
Research and Competitor Analysis
* Researching competing events/brands and relevant industry trends.
* Contributing insights for B2B and B2C markets.
Administrative Tasks
* Maintaining marketing records and updating budgets.
* Distributing materials and managing invoices.
Requirements
What you’ll need:
* Marketing Experience within a sizeable organisation.
* Experience working with global brands or luxury, media, hospitality or events industry is preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
* To excel in collaboration and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
* The ability to multitask and manage projects under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Google or Adobe Analytics, Meta Ads Manager. Preferred: Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, Monday.com, Zapier.
* To be a detail-oriented, responsible, and organised individual.
* A passion for the restaurant, bar, and hotel industry.
* Fluency in another language is advantageous but not essential.
