Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement : Actively engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
2. Sales Support : Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion.
4. Lead Generation : Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold-calling, and utilizing CRM tools—schedule appointments for the sales team with prospective clients.
5. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress. Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and targets.
6. Event Coordination : Assist in organising and participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the firm's services.
7. Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process of new clients by coordinating with the accounting and customer service teams.
8. Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the accounting services and effectively communicate the benefits and features to potential clients.
Qualifications:
9. Previous experience or exposure in sales or customer service, preferably in the accounting or financial services sector.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ZOHO ( beneficial) CRM software.
12. Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
13. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
