Is it time for you to hit the gym, regularly? Or how about a wee spot of gardening?
I am a lively middle-aged woman who has difficulties with balance and vision. I require a female PA to support me with a range of tasks. These include helping me with gardening, light housework (such as cooking and laundry), exercise and at times the provision of reassurance and emotional support. Potentially with some other ad hoc duties too (see job application pack for full details).

My difficulties are largely falling because of poor balance, low energy, poor vision and at times a need for emotional support.I need someone to accompany me to make sure I’m safe and also to provide reassurance. You do not need to be strong to do this job, however general good health and fitness is important as you may need to assist me after a fall.
I have other PAs who assist me during the week. Occasional overtime to cover holidays and absences may be available.
The post:
8 hours per week worked between Monday & Tuesday. Times of shifts can be negotiated.
The start date for this role is Monday 6th of January, 2025.
