The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support the HR function in delivering a seamless employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, efficient, and passionate about HR processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the team.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Compliance
* Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and right-to-work documentation.
* Assist with HR policies, compliance, and GDPR documentation.
* Support new starter onboarding, including offer letters and induction processes.
Recruitment Support
* Assist with job postings, CV screening, and scheduling interviews.
* Assist and support Recruitment manager with ad-hoc tasks.
Employee Relations & Engagement
* Be a first point of contact for HR queries and provide administrative support.
* Support employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and events.
* Assist in absence management, performance reviews, and probation tracking.
Payroll & Benefits Support
* Process employee changes, absences, and payroll documentation.
* Maintain benefits and holiday records accurately.
* Support HR projects and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
✅ Qualifications: CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) desirable but not essential.
✅ HR Knowledge: Understanding of UK employment laws, GDPR, and HR processes.
✅ Organisation & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple HR tasks and priorities.
✅ Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and written skills for employee interactions.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Experience using HRIS, ATS, or Microsoft Office.
