Job Description
3. Manage and reduce operational risks within the company.
4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
5. Develop and implement risk management strategies and contingency plans.
6. Collaborate with other department heads to identify potential risks.
7. Conduct risk assessments and produce reports for senior management.
8. Train staff on risk management and safety practices once you are established
9. Oversee insurance programmes and claims management.
10. Keep updated with new laws and regulations within the FMCG industry.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Risk Administrator / Practitioner should have:
11. Possible Graduate background: A degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
12. Exposure to Risk Management and Brokering Insurance sectors (beneficial)
13. Proficiency in risk management software and tools. i.e LogicGate, Power BI
14. Strong analytic skills and attention to detail.
15. Excellent communication and the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
