Property Surveyor (Assets)
Location: Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington
Hours: 36.25 hours per week (will consider job share)

Salary: £33,834-£36,395 (FTE based on 36.25 hours per week) + benefits package
Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent full time (36.25 hours per week) Property Surveyor (Assets), based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington, with a salary of £33,834-£36,395 per annum.
If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Property Services Asset Team at CCHA as a Property Surveyor (Assets).
Responsibilities:
1. Provide first-class service to customers when delivering improvements to their homes.
2. Work with knowledge of housing construction and maintenance including energy efficiency and improvement measures.
3. Ensure compliance with construction health & safety legislation.
4. Utilize standard and bespoke computer & software systems.
Qualifications:
1. Degree, HNC or equivalent in a construction discipline.
2. Experience or knowledge of the “Social Housing” sector.
3. Good communication skills.
