We are looking for an experienced leader to join our Restaurants department as a Venue Experience Manager for a fixed term contract until 30th November 2025. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys developing people and delivering exceptional experiences to guests.
As a Venue Experience Manager, you will help create smiles by giving guests a great dining experience. You will be part of a big team providing guests with a fun and entertaining holiday.
You should enjoy leading a team and be passionate about delivering high standards by nurturing, training and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a food & beverage environment, with strong experience of being guest and customer-facing and dealing with a range of queries and sometimes complaints directly.
You should be passionate about every interaction and seek opportunities to improve this wherever possible.
In this role, you will drive standards and lead the team to excellence, incorporating all brand standards and Butlin's way of working.
You will also analyse KPIs and stock control systems to maximise gross profit margins and adhere to food safety and health & safety policies.
The salary for this role is around £38,000-£42,000 per annum depending on location and experience.
