Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a leading manufacturing business based in Telford on a full-time, permanent basis. This business is looking for an experienced Finance Assistant who'll be an instrumental part of administering the Purchase and Sales ledger as well as any additional financial administration to support the Finance Manager and Financial Controller. This role is 5 days onsite with early finish (1pm) on Fridays. Daily duties: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger. Processing high volumes of invoices and ensuring they are paid accurately and on time. Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts. Providing general administrative support to the finance team Supplier statement reconciliation. Raising sales invoices. Resolving queries. Essential requirements: 1 year experience within a similar role. Experience with accounting systems / excel. Highly organised with attention to detail. Finance related qualification.
