Job Description:
Wanted: A Leader to Head Up and Develop Our Outstanding Legal Support Team
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional 5-star service, have a keen eye for detail and a desire to learn, grow and expand with us?
We are looking for a friendly team-focused individual who can lead and work collaboratively, embracing our Investors in People Gold standard working environment, to join our niche family law firm.
Are you someone who genuinely likes people; finds satisfaction in helping others; in going out of your way to be of service?
We are looking for a proactive, problem-solving, detail-oriented individual to lead our outstanding legal support team, which provides a seamless service across the Firm.
Who Are We?
At Fullers Family Law, it is not just about the job – it is about a way of life. Our mission is to invest in you, providing career development and job satisfaction, whilst maintaining your work-life harmony.
Why Join Fullers?
We provide first-class in-house training as well as access to extensive external resources, so you can explore new skills, and have a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop. We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive culture that promotes growth and innovation.
Your wellbeing is our success, and so we will focus on you by providing support, rewards, and recognition, helping you to succeed and achieve a good work-life harmony. At Fullers, we trust in you as a professional to work effectively.
You’ll be based in our Milton Keynes office, with flexibility to work from home, or work around personal circumstances and lifestyle choices.
Purpose of the Role:
This role is integral to our exceptional client service. You'll be at the heart of our operations, driving a first-class service by empowering your team to excel and improve every day.
As a natural problem solver, you will navigate any bumps in the road, as an organizer the admin tasks will be in perfect order, and with your ability to build rapport you will have our new clients onboarded with precision, whilst giving confidence to existing clients in their choice to partner with Fullers.
You’ll oversee the booking of appointments, opening files, and managing payments. You'll ensure smooth handling of incoming post and non-legal letters; and you’ll provide general administration support to our lawyers.
Join us and be a key player in creating an outstanding client experience.
Experience:
The right candidate will have experience in working in private family law, or a professional services environment and has proven experience in a supervisory role.
