We are looking to appoint a Supply Chain Coordinator based near Maidstone within the FMCG sector, offering full-time work covering a Sunday to Thursday shift pattern.
Working hours: Sunday - Thursday
Key Accountabilities:
1. Assist the Procurement Managers with all aspects of running an effective supply chain.
2. In conjunction with the Account Managers, coordinate all customer order amendments.
3. Liaise with other category suppliers to facilitate cover requests in order to maximize service.
4. Produce and maintain various service level KPIs and trackers.
5. Administer the setup of any new customers or products within our ERP system.
6. Build and maintain supplier load plans, amending order confirmations as required.
7. Liaise with colleagues to confirm volumes & varieties loaded.
8. Set up Purchase Orders in the Prophet ERP system for all arrivals, raise delivery notes, create ASN labels & issue booking references for Direct deliveries.
9. E-mail packing programs & raw material arrival schedules to pack sites & the logistics team.
10. Coordinate with logistics to ensure that sufficient stock is available at all packing sites to fulfill orders.
11. Obtain stock inventory levels from any 3rd party packers and share with logistics.
12. Administer POs & process works orders in the Prophet ERP system where required.
13. Process sales orders for products supplied from 3rd party packers.
14. Place Customer crate orders and manage the hire & de-hire process for direct suppliers & 3rd party packers.
15. Manage stock control of customer crates for direct suppliers and 3rd party packers.
16. Administer suppliers' stock control systems for their arrivals where relevant.
17. Update and maintain master arrivals data & assist with the preparation of season reviews.
18. Prepare finalizations & returns where instructed.
19. Process cost invoices as directed.
Person Specification:
1. FMCG supply chain experience beneficial.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
4. Good analytical skills and an appetite for problem solving.
5. Prophet ERP system experience beneficial.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
