Alpha Rod is a trusted local family business with over 20 years of experience providing essential drain services to Bristol, Swindon, Bath & Surrounding areas.
We are on the lookout for a Helpdesk Coordinator on a 12-month maternity cover basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* To be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, incoming calls/emails, and new work requests.
* Scheduling the engineering team, allocating work to engineers, and diary management.
* Updating jobs for engineers on our CRM system and sending invoices to customers.
* Updating relevant databases and providing support to the wider team.
* Take emergency out of hours calls on a rota basis when required (no overnights).
About You:
* Lives locally or able to commute (Fully office based).
* Strong customer service skills and excellent telephone manner.
* Experience in scheduling/diary management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages/IT literate.
* Highly organised and able to work independently.
* Has experience in an office environment.
Further details:
Job Type: Fixed term, full time (12 months).
Salary: up to £30,000.00 per year.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
Location: Melksham (Office based).
