Administrator Temporary Role/4 Weeks Slaithwaite £13 per hour 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday My client is recruiting for an experienced administrator to work within their small, friendly office to handle a range of administrative tasks. This role will be temporary for around 4 weeks starting on 2nd January. Ideally you will be available on the 23rd December for a day’s introduction and training. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word and outlook. You must also have excellent customer service and organisational skills. Responsibilities Handle customer orders from start to finish Manage customer loans and returns Maintain product traceability spreadsheets Liaise with customers as necessary Prepare weekly shipped product overview Perform weekly stock take Maintain filing system and general document management Maintain IT back-up system Other administrative tasks as required For more information, please apply online
