Job summary MWH is a GP practice that has two branches, one in Southall and the other in Hounslow which serves over 13,000 patients. It is a high pressured but rewarding environment - with an excellent team that thrives on doing the best for patients. We use the clinical System - SystmOne therefore experience on this would be extremely beneficial however not essential as full training can be provided. We will offering 37.5 hours per week and this would be discussed at the interview stage - You will need to be flexible. Our practice is open from 8:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday. Main duties of the job Your day can consist of: Telephone calls - which need to be answered quickly and efficiently Dealing with prescriptions Registering new patients Marking/cancelling/moving appointments Organising transport for patients Opening and closing the practice Liaising with secondary and community services.
