Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
2. Proven experience as a Proclaim Developer in the conveyancing industry.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
4. Excellent communication abilities and teamwork skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6. Excellent attention to detail.
7. SQL experience is beneficial.
8. Understanding of other development code is advantageous.
9. Agile working experience.
10. Prior attendance of Proclaim tech courses is advantageous.
Your responsibilities are:
1. Advanced Workflow Development: Create sophisticated workflows from both extensive and minimal specifications, ensuring they are efficient, user-friendly, and meet business requirements.
2. Proclaim Tables Management: Create, use, and manipulate Proclaim tables for effective data organization and management.
3. FETCHDATA and FETCHQUERY Proficiency: Confidently utilize FETCHDATA and FETCHQUERY functions for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
4. Third-Party Liaison: Identify and collaborate with third parties for issue resolution, engaging them effectively.
5. Time and Project Management: Excel in time management, adhering to ticket SLAs and managing projects to meet deadlines.
6. Communication and Teamwork: Display strong communication skills, seek assistance from team members, share concerns, and manage expectations.
7. Linked Fields Expertise: Understand, create, and manage linked fields and manipulate data on linked cases.
8. Best Proclaim Practices: Knowledge of best practices in Proclaim, including the appropriate use of maths and linked actions.
9. Task Server Management: Manage and debug the task server for optimal performance.
10. Advanced Debugging and Ticket Resolution: Debug and resolve mid to high difficulty tickets and user queries.
11. Land Registry Integration: Comprehensive knowledge of Land Registry integrations, including debugging and assisting staff.
12. Go Live Usage: Proficient in Import and Export functionalities during Go Live phases.
13. Matter Archive and Case Management: Skilled in Matter Archive, Case Table Control, and Mass Case Delete functionalities.
14. Data Templates Management: Create and manage data templates, including CSVs, XMLs, CDHs, and understanding all data descriptions.
15. Auto Routines: Set up and manage auto routines, including running code not associated with specific cases.
16. SQL Maintenance: Run and manipulate SQL in maths to maintain optimal performance.
17. MIWH Fields Management: Add fields to MIWH using appropriate naming conventions and best practices.
18. SMS Queue Maintenance: Manage and debug issues with SMS queues.
19. Proshut User Management: Manage Proshut users effectively.
20. Option and System Matrix Maintenance: Manage the System Matrix and maintain Options.
21. System Parameter Maintenance: Ensure the integrity and optimal performance of system parameters.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive pay range of £40,000.00 - £50,000.00 per year, and we support hybrid remote work from Altrincham, WA14 5UW. Candidates are required to have authorization to work in the United Kingdom and at least one year of experience in Proclaim development.
