Part Time Registered Nurse - Nights

Up to £23.79 per hour
2-3 Nights per week
Would you like to work in a friendly nursing and care home in Edwinstowe? My client is looking for a Registered Nurse to join their dedicated and highly professional team. The home has high class facilities and beautiful landscaped gardens. With 49 beds, they take exceptional pride in working as a team to provide care that honours and values their residents.
In this fantastic post you will:
• Work with the Home Manager, Clinical Lead and other trained nurses in the Home, to assess, plan, implement and evaluate quality nursing care to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to residents at all times
• Support carers to provide personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating
• Be responsible for administering medication, writing and updating nursing care plans and keeping accurate daily records, as well as keep all mandatory training up to date and complete additional training as required
• Promote resident’s choice, dignity and independence and all times
• Assist with the management of the care team, completing all action plans and ensuring care plans are updated and evaluated regularly
For this post you must have:
• NMC registration as a Nurse
• An awareness of the principles of Person-Centred Care Planning
• Leadership skills
• The ability to work under pressure with good time management skills
• Excellent people skills
• A caring and nurturing attitude along with a positive and enthusiastic outlook
• Flexibility with working hours
• Good written and oral communication skills
• The ability to work alternate weekends
• A home address within 30 minutes of the Home
