Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Design and implement electromechanical systems and automation solutions tailored to electronics manufacturing. Develop and prototype robotics and automated systems for production and assembly lines. Process Optimization: Analyze manufacturing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Integrate innovative technologies to enhance productivity and product quality. System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electronic, and software components. Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions and process issues. Maintenance and Support: Oversee the maintenance of automated and robotic systems. Provide technical support and training to production teams. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure systems meet safety, quality, and compliance standards. Prepare detailed documentation, including system designs, testing protocols, and operation manuals. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar role within electronics manufacturing or automation. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for system design. Knowledge of PLC programming, robotics, and embedded systems. Experience with sensors, actuators, and IoT integration. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on troubleshooting complex systems.
