PLEASE REFER TO THE JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FULL DUTIES OF THE ROLE To have responsibility for leading, developing and coordinating systems to provide on-going assurance of clinical effectiveness across the Trust. Undertake a key leadership role within the organisation, being visible and working closely with senior clinical leaders, managers and frontline staff in ward and team settings to develop and influence high quality care for patients. To provide robust and contemporaneous evidence for external scrutiny and assessments relating to clinical effectiveness, including those required by Commissioners and the Care Quality Commission. To lead and coordinate the annual Trust Quality Account (Quality Report) so that its meets national specification for format, content, and external assurance. To prepare reports for, and present to, Board as required demonstrating assurance, progress, and improvement on key elements of clinical effectiveness.
