•A minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English
•Strong written and spoken communication skills
•Strong negotiation and influencing skills
•Ability to be self-motivated
•Able to work as a team and individually
•Must have a professional telephone manner and be comfortable communicating with all levels of the business including high-profile executives.
•Experience of lead generation or B2B sales environment
•Proficient computer user
•Able to make high volumes of daily calls over a sustained period to meet KPIs set
