Role Overview Work collaboratively with the sales team to secure new business by acting as a technical expert, designing tailored solutions, and building trusted client relationships. Provide post-implementation support to ensure seamless integration and ongoing client success. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling pitches that drive new business opportunities. - Attend client meetings you have secured alongside Account Managers, providing expert technical advice and solutions. - Create and deliver persuasive business cases that demonstrate the value of tailored solutions. - Design and customize solutions to meet specific client needs, ensuring alignment with their goals. - Engage clients with detailed product presentations and live demonstrations. - Capture and analyze client requirements, ensuring proposed solutions address their challenges effectively. - Deliver technical support and guidance post-implementation, fostering long-term success.
