About the role
Availability Window:
* Sun: 13:00 - 22:00
* Mon: 06:30 - 14:30
* Tue: 06:30 - 15:30
* Fri: 13:00 - 22:00
* Sat: 13:00 - 22:00
Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.28 an hour; this increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. We are happy to support flexibility for our colleagues.

As a Shift Leader you’ll:
* Work in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Take ownership of running duty shifts and coordinating the team.
* Be there for customers, listening to them and helping them.
* Look for ways to improve service.
* Guide and support your colleagues in-store.
* Maintain a great understanding of store performance.
* Lead from the front, setting a great example.
