We are seeking an experienced Elevate Guest Experience Coordinator to join our Accommodation & Guest Services department at Butlin's Bognor Regis Resort.
The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity will see you play a key part in ensuring our guests have an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break. As an Elevated Guest Experience Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include overseeing the guest unit allocation process, leading stock management for the department, and supporting the effective delivery and measurement of our Clean & Fault Free program (CAFF).
You will work closely with the wider Guest Services & Accommodation Team to manage any issues proactively and ensure we can improve the experience for our guests. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering department rosters based on yield forecasts at least three weeks in advance, working towards achieving occupancy KPIs, and minimising 'off sale' units in line with commercial goals.
A passion for leading by example and inspiring others to deliver exceptional experiences is essential for this role. You should be an advocate for your team's growth and development, ensuring regular 121s and PDP discussions to support their career aspirations.
About You
To succeed in this position, you will need prior experience in a similar role where you have provided operation data and insight to inform business decisions. Excellent Excel and data skills, experience in stock and inventory management, and managing rotas based on demand forecasts are also essential.
As a leader, you should be able to motivate and develop your team, providing regular coaching and feedback to help them grow professionally. Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt your communication style to suit different situations are crucial in this role.
