SALARY AND BENEFITS:
£12.20ph Monday to Friday

Working Hours:
06:00 -14:00 / 08:00 -16:00 / 10:00 18:00 with an average of 40 hours as an average working week.
Working Monday to Friday but there will be some weekends involved with 2 days off in the week.

ROLE INFORMATION:
Rapier Employment have an opportunity for an Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Worksop. You will be chasing customer PODs, deliveries and collections between business partners. Keeping customers up to date on deliveries and advising of any issues at point.

YOU WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS


* At least two years experience in a similar role is essential.
* Own transport is preferable or able to get to site.
* Confident manner on the phone as you will be speaking to customers.
* Work effectively as part of a team.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
* Efficient with inputting data on to systems.
* Generating accurate and timely reports.
* Well Organised and capable of managing tasks.
* Good Numerical and IT Skills.
For this roleYOUwill ideally be based within a 30-minute commute of Worksop.
