Alongside the Studio Supervisor, the Studio Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end management of furniture and homewares Gold-seal samples, ensuring their availability, quality, and timely delivery for range review, photoshoots, internal stakeholders or retail showrooms. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and product presentation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Coordinate the storage, cataloguing, and distribution of furniture and homeware samples, ensuring all items are accurately documented and properly stored for easy access. · Maintain a detailed and up-to-date inventory of all samples, ensuring proper labelling, documentation, and categorisation for efficient retrieval. · Organise and track the movement of samples between the warehouse, showrooms, and product teams, ensuring timely deliveries for photoshoots, range reviews, and showroom displays. · Plan, manage, and coordinate sample deliveries and collections, working closely with logistics teams, couriers, and third-party providers to ensure seamless operations. · Ensure all samples are securely packed and meet quality standards for transport, preventing any damage during delivery. · Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, including design, product, and marketing teams, to ensure sample requests and movements are handled efficiently and in a timely manner. · Assist with the logistical planning and transportation of samples for creative photoshoots, range reviews, and events, ensuring timely and efficient setup. · Address and resolve any issues related to damaged, incorrect, or missing samples promptly to minimise disruption and maintain workflow. · Monitor the condition of samples in use and coordinate any necessary repairs, replacements, or updates to ensure they remain in optimal condition. · Provide timely updates to clients, sales teams, and stakeholders regarding sample availability, delivery timelines, and any issues that arise. · Respond to inquiries related to sample requests and resolve any issues efficiently, maintaining a customer-first approach. · Support internal teams with sample preparation, presentation, and organisation, ensuring products are showcased effectively for photoshoots, events, or showroom displays. · Operate manual handling equipment (MHE), such as pump trucks, in accordance with all safety protocols. · Maintain an awareness of forklift and heavy lifting equipment, ensuring safe and efficient handling of samples as necessary.
