The job role An excellent opportunity has come up at our Herreschoff Kiln site, which produces soft calcined kaolin which is produced using continuous multiple hearth calciner technology. This site produces two products - Polestar 200P and Polestar 200R serving high value Pharmaceutical Rubber, Polymers, Paints and Plastic Markets. You will be responsible for providing electrical, instrumentation, control and automation knowledge and support to maximise plant and equipment availability via planned, scheduled routine and reactive maintenance, to maintain the Plant to the highest possible standard The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Optimise current equipment, identify potential improvements and support/lead the implementation.
