Their dedicated Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Group, with support from the Senior Leadership Team, is actively promoting and advancing diversity and inclusion, ensuring a culture where everyone can be themselves and thrive.About the role: As Executive Assistant you will provide executive assistant support to members of the Senior Leadership Team, and offer a secretariat service to the Trustee Boards of new Youth Zone projects, as well as providing cover for the full-time Executive Assistant.Your key duties will include:Diary management for a wide range of internal and external meetings (virtual & in-person), events, conferences, travel, etc.Arranging key team meetings on behalf of members of the Strategy Team, taking minutes and collating expense claimsManaging and booking travel and accommodationServicing and supporting Trustee Boards of new Youth Zones including organisation of meetings, preparation of Board packs, maintaining the register of interests, vetting new Trustees, and updating Charity Commission and Companies House recordsUndertaking any research requiredRecording and managing relationship data on the CRM database (training provided).About you:For this role you will need to have worked at a senior level as an Executive or Personal Assistant, with experience of supporting senior-level Boards, diary management and minute taking.
