My client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled SMSTS HVAC Senior Fitter. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile commercial and residential projects across Central & West London and Slough.
The Role:
As an SMSTS HVAC Senior Fitter, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will lead a team of fitters and ensure that all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and lead HVAC installation teams on-site.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, ensuring compliance with SMSTS guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior fitters.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues efficiently.
Requirements:
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification – Essential.
