The Role: GAP Lifting Hire & Sales offers one of the largest ranges of lifting equipment and accessories in the industry. From small shackles and slings to material lifts and aluminium gantries, the division has everything our customers need for lifting any size of load. As the Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the technical lifting revenue (including hire, sales, inspection, service repair, installation) from existing GAP customers and introduce new customers to the group. You will develop a close working relationship with the GAP depots to ensure full confidence in the lifting product offering and therefore the best solutions for Water Authorities and other partners. Please note this role will be covering our South region and therefore we are flexible in terms of the successful candidates location. Successful applicants should demonstrate the following: A proven track record in the lifting industry is essential. Experience working with water authorities would be highly beneficial A comprehensive knowledge of health and safety within the lifting industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear and concise report Proficient in MS office and experience using CRM software Driving License (essential) GAP Hire Solutions now has 10 divisions offering the hire of equipment throughout the UK.
