Position: Nursing Home Manager
Salary: £40 - £45k Per Annum (Including Bonus)
Hours: Full time - Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
Company Type: Small Care Provider - 20 bedded

The Details:
As a Home Manager, you will lead, inspire and engage your team to deliver an outstanding quality of personalised care and support to residents, enabling them to enjoy later life to the full. You will be accountable for the CIW, audits, commercial and financial performance of the home. This will include occupancy levels and operating profit whilst ensuring regulatory compliance.
Another factor will include developing and maintaining positive internal and external relationships and being a true role model for staff members.
