As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll lead social media marketing, manage brand ambassador and influencer programs, and collaborate with key team members to drive impactful campaigns.
Marketing Manager responsibilities:
* Social Media Leadership: Oversee the daily management of social platforms, ensuring content aligns with our brand’s voice and values. Work with the Social Media Assistant to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for better engagement.
* Influencer Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with influencers, secure collaborations, and track their impact on campaigns.
* Content Development: Partner with the PR & Content Manager to create compelling content strategies for organic posts, paid ads, and storytelling campaigns.
* Digital Strategy Execution: Design and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, grow engagement, and drive sales across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
* Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, produce regular reports for senior management, and recommend improvements based on insights.
* Brand Ambassador Management: Expand and oversee the ambassador program, fostering strong connections to enhance advocacy and visibility.
