Responsible for: Coordinating the development and implementation of Hydro International's marketing activities.

* Ability to work and travel in Europe, with time split between supporting the Europe-based business and UK marketing activities, ensuring all outputs align with approved Hydro and/or CRH brand guidelines and technical product data.
Key Activities:
1. Conduct or manage third-party market research activities for Europe.
2. Analyse regional markets, customers, and competitors to align product and portfolio positioning and messaging.
3. Analyse results of marketing activities to determine campaign effectiveness and inform further marketing objectives.
4. Lead development for the Europe regions using Lead Forensics, planning portal, and tender websites.
5. Use, maintain, and update the CE system, particularly for running events and developing customer nurtures/journeys for Europe in accordance with GDPR.
6. Plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate marketing campaigns and activities in Europe.
7. Create, translate, and adapt marketing collateral (e.g., news articles, marketing literature, social posts, blogs) for European countries/regions in line with product and company messaging and brand guidelines.
8. Create, edit, and upload content to the company website, including marketing literature, news articles, events, and photos.
9. Work with the Marketing Manager UK to create social media plans for the UK and Europe, assisting in content creation, including photography, video, blogs, and articles.
10. Run sponsored social media advertising for specific campaigns as needed.
11. Support local Sales teams with sales enablement materials, information, and training.
12. Report regularly on marketing campaign and KPI performance.
13. Work with the Marketing and Europe teams to organise, support, and administer events in the UK and Europe.
14. Coordinate media data and administration of press release placement, liaising with relevant journals in Europe.
15. Liaise with the Europe Hydro team and distributors to identify relevant projects for case studies.
16. Perform duties in accordance with all relevant legislation, particularly the Health and Safety at Work Act, and apply the requirements of ISO45001.
17. Apply requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 and 14001 as appropriate within the areas of responsibility.
18. Other duties as reasonably required by the company.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Multilingual: Fluent in French and English.
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience in a core marketing discipline.
* Minimum of 3 years of proven marketing, sales, or business development experience, ideally in a related role in water, construction, or related industry.
* Excellent understanding of marketing fundamentals such as value propositions, customer needs, and market structure and drivers.
* Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, manage relationships with internal and external partners, and provide commercial support to sales teams and channel partners.
