Role Overview We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will support our CRM and website activity, helping to drive customer engagement, bookings, and brand awareness across BOX, Banyan, and Manahatta. Key Responsibilities • Creating and delivering email campaigns to engage customers and drive bookings. • Helping to improve our CRM strategy, ensuring the right audiences receive relevant content. • Updating and optimising website content. • Writing engaging copy for emails and web pages, aligning with each brand’s tone of voice. • Reviewing campaign performance and making recommendations for improvements. • Keeping customer data organised and refining audience segmentation. • Ensuring third-party platforms like Google and TripAdvisor are up to date. • Staying informed on digital marketing trends and suggesting new ideas. Skills & Experience Required • Some experience in marketing, digital content, or email campaigns is ideal, but we’re open to candidates looking to grow in the role. • Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content. • Comfortable using online tools to send emails and update websites (training will be provided). • A basic understanding of Google, social media, or websites is a preferred. • Organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage different tasks at once. • A creative mindset and a willingness to try new ideas.
