Job Title: Project Manager (Construction)
\nLocation: Northampton based - Covering the Leicester to Newcastle
\nSalary: £40,000 to £45,000
\nContract type: Permanent
\nWorking hours:40 hours a week – can be flexible on start/finish times
About the role
Are you an experienced Contracts or Project Manager within\nthe construction sector seeking a new opportunity that promises career growth,\na supportive working atmosphere, and the chance to leverage established client\nrelationships and stable projects?
Working with the UK's Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping\nprovider, we are in search of an experienced Contracts Manager to lead our\nhigh-profile contracts across the Northern regions. In this pivotal role, you\nwill be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the\ncontract(s), ensuring contract performance, successful delivery of objectives,\nfostering client relationships, effective people management, health and safety\ncompliance, and optimal financial performance.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience at Contracts Manager or\nProject Manager level
* Ability to manage own time and workload\nindependently
* Prepared to travel regularly across the UK;\noccasional overnight stays required
* Site qualifications preferred: SMSTS and CSCS\nBlack Card (or able to obtain one)
* Based near Northampton (office visits once a\nweek); the rest of the time will be site-based
Responsibilities:
* Oversee multiple sites concurrently, ensuring\n projects are delivered on time and within budget
