What You'll Do: Create & Inspire: Lead a team of enthusiastic Activity Coordinators to deliver engaging, person-centred activities and wellbeing sessions. Drive Innovation: Design activities that spark joy, encourage movement, and foster social connections. Build Community: Strengthen ties with local groups, bringing exciting new opportunities into West Hall. Champion Wellbeing: Work closely with our Lodge Managers and General Managers to support the emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing of every resident, making their passions and life stories the heart of what we do.
