Your role and responsibilities You will: support colleagues across teams in Education Skills and Learning with financial reporting and budget management line manage the other members of the team to best support colleagues, particularly in the Standards and Excellence team, to best support school leaders to deliver improved outcomes for children and young people across Suffolk. You will need good communication skills including an ability to listen to the needs of others an understanding of budget management and financial forecasting to line manage a team to best support other teams within Education Skills and Learning.
