From onboarding new starters to coordinating market events and managing commercial vehicle logistics, your contributions will be integral to the smooth operation of the unit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new starters and leavers.
2. Assist with local IT and communication tools, develop induction plans, and secure necessary equipment.
3. Support local management teams with business review planning.
4. Plan and implement market events across the business units.
5. Manage case studies, publications, and interface management.
6. Order office supplies and generate purchase requisitions/orders.
7. Amend and update sales and purchase orders.
8. Prepare and support reporting requirements.
9. Liaise with factories to resolve supplier invoice queries.
10. Maintain general housekeeping activities in SAP.
11. Coordinate meeting and video room bookings.
12. Oversee commercial vehicle management, including road tax, servicing, and repairs.
13. Handle travel and hotel reservations and coordination.
14. Administer AMEX accounts, including reporting overdues and managing new starters and leavers.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
