JOB TITLE: REGISTERED MANAGER
LOCATION: GLOUCESTER
SALARY: C£35K PER ANNUM – NEGOTIABLE DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
HOURS: FULL TIME PERMANENT – 37.5 HOURS / WEEK
We are delighted to be working with a dynamic and innovative Care Provider in their search for a Registered Care Home Manager for a small Learning Disabilities residential home in Gloucester.
Job requirements:
* Provide Leadership for the care & overall responsibility for the Residential Care Home
* Oversee the development and delivery of high quality care to the residents
* Ensure service operations meet CQC requirements and standards
* Develop, implement, and review individual care plans tailored to meet the needs of each resident.
* Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff.
* Lead all administrative & people management functions including catering, housekeeping and maintenance
* Marketing & promoting the Service
* Maintain professional skills through continuous training
Skills / Qualifications
* NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care
* Previous Home Management experience
* Learning Disabilities sector background preferred
* Sound knowledge of CQC & Care Standards
* Ability to lead, motivate & develop staff
