We operate a "levels" system within this role:
Salaries:
* 37 hrs per week: £22k+
* 37 hrs per week: £24k+
* 37 hrs per week: £25k+
* 45 hrs per week: £26,757+
* 45 hrs per week: £29,189+
* 45 hrs per week: £30,406+
We're looking for caring, patient, fun people from all backgrounds to join our teams working with autistic young people with complex needs. Whether you have experience in a care environment, or don't have experience but have a passion to help transform the lives of the young people at Prior's Court - we'd love to hear from you.
We operate a rota based on a rolling pattern of early and late shifts throughout 52 weeks of the year, including weekends and public holidays. Our early shift starts at 7am and finishes at 4pm, and our late shift starts at 2pm and finishes at 10pm.
Training, salary, and career progression:
For those who are not experienced in care, we offer a comprehensive, free programme including hands-on working alongside experienced and senior team members, resulting in the completion of a Level 3 diploma – you will gain a salary increase upon completion of the Diploma (usually within your first 12 months) and become eligible for promotion to Autism Practitioner Level 2.

Can't drive?
We offer a direct-to-site transport service for our Autism Practitioners, with pick-up and drop-off points in the local area.
