Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems across various projects. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of M&E technicians and subcontractors. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and health and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance. Provide technical support and guidance to the project team. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and method statements. Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle. Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship. Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure efficient project delivery. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as an M&E Supervisor or similar role within the construction or engineering industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical installations, and fire protection. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficient in using project management software and tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
